Notice of Ordinary General Meeting
Comunidad de Propietarios Conjunto Señorío de Aloha
In accordance with Article 16 of the Horizontal Property Act (Ley 49/1960, de 21 de julio, sobre propiedad horizontal), all owners are hereby convened to the Ordinary General Meeting to be held at the following times and location:
- First call: Saturday 27 April 2024 at 10:00
- Second call: Saturday 27 April 2024 at 10:30 (with whatever quorum is present)
- Location: Community meeting room, Conjunto Señorío de Aloha, Nueva Andalucía, Marbella
Agenda
- Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.
- Presentation and approval of the 2023 annual accounts.
- Presentation and approval of the 2024 ordinary budget.
- Review and renewal of the garden maintenance contract.
- Review and renewal of the pool management and lifeguard contract.
- Update on the car park structural remediation works (Jan 2024 EGM resolution).
- Update on access-control system installation.
- Any other business raised by owners in advance.
Proxy and attendance instructions
Owners who are not current with their community fee obligations do not have the right to vote, in accordance with Article 15.2 of the Horizontal Property Act. Proxy delegation forms are enclosed with the original notice. Financial accounts and supporting documents are available for inspection at the administrator’s office during working hours prior to the meeting.
