Notice of Annual General Meeting
Comunidad de Propietarios Conjunto Señorío de Aloha
All owners are hereby convened to the Ordinary Annual General Meeting:
- First call: Saturday 1 April 2023 at 10:00
- Second call: Saturday 1 April 2023 at 10:30
- Venue: Community meeting room, Conjunto Señorío de Aloha, Nueva Andalucía, Marbella
Agenda
- Approval of the minutes of the previous General Meeting.
- Presentation and approval of the 2022 accounts.
- Presentation and approval of the 2023 ordinary budget.
- Renewal of the garden maintenance contract.
- Renewal of the pool management contract.
- Update on legacy legal matters (security contractor judgment, debt-recovery lawyer settlement, painting contractor claim).
- Questions and comments from owners.
Owners who cannot attend in person may appoint a proxy by completing and returning the delegation form enclosed. Owners in arrears with community fee payments do not have the right to vote pursuant to Article 15.2 of the Horizontal Property Act.
The 2022 accounts, 2023 draft budget, and contract renewal summaries are available for inspection at the administrator’s offices prior to the meeting.
