In Marbella, at 14:58 hours on 13 January 2022, at Club de Golf Los Naranjos (upper hall) located at Plaza de Cibeles s/n, 29660 Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, following a prior convocation made by the president, the extraordinary general meeting of the owners’ association of the owners’ association Señorío de Aloha was constituted in second convocation, under the presidency of Mr. John Riley, and with Mr. Domingo Ariza acting as Secretary-Administrator of Meridional Team SL, and the attendees and representatives as detailed below.
