Special levy payment notice

Comunidad de Propietarios Conjunto Señorío de Aloha

Further to the resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of 10 January 2024, Adenjo Gestión SL hereby issues the payment schedule for the approved special levy to fund the emergency structural remediation works in the underground car park.

Levy amount and schedule

The approved levy is €380 per participation coefficient, payable in three equal instalments:

Individual apartment amounts are calculated on the basis of the participation coefficient set out in the community title deed (escritura de división horizontal) and are listed in the enclosed schedule, which forms part of this notice.

Payment instructions

Payment is to be made by bank transfer to the community account, with the apartment reference clearly stated. Owners who pay all three instalments as a single payment by 15 February 2024 may do so. Standing order instructions are available from the administrator on request.

Owners whose apartments are rented must ensure that the levy obligation is met regardless of the tenancy arrangements. The obligation runs with the property, not the tenancy.

Consequences of non-payment

Non-payment of any instalment on the due date will result in the default interest prescribed by Article 21 of the Horizontal Property Act. Persistent non-payment may result in legal proceedings in accordance with the community statutes.
